1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Honolulu Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii.

2. Services

Honolulu Tree Service provides tree care and arboriculture services across Oahu, including:

  • Tree Removal
  • Tree Trimming & Pruning
  • Palm Tree Services
  • Stump Grinding & Removal
  • ISA-Certified Arborist Consultations
  • 24/7 Emergency Tree Response

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on on-site arborist inspection. Pricing is project-based and quoted in US dollars. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Permits and Compliance

For trees requiring City and County of Honolulu permits (including Exceptional Trees and certain protected species), we assist with the permit process but cannot perform work until permits are issued.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Service Standards

We perform all work to ANSI Z133 safety standards and ANSI A300 pruning standards. We are licensed and insured. ISA-certified arborists lead every project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Honolulu Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Property damage caused by our negligence is covered by our general liability insurance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Honolulu Tree Service harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any laws.

9. Photos and Documentation

We may photograph trees and work sites for service records, training, and (with anonymization of identifying details) marketing purposes. If you prefer no photos, let us know.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the City and County of Honolulu.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page.
